My career has been shaped by a deep calling to build people, strengthen organizations, and steward impact with excellence — across nonprofit leadership, ministry, publishing, government partnerships, and coaching.
Currently, I serve as the Chief Operating Officer for Thrive Nonprofit Partners, a growing organization that supports churches, ministries, and nonprofits with fractional CFO services and leadership community. In this role, I develop systems and processes to keep the organization running and growing. We use the EOS system and take a coaching approach to client relationships.
I also served as a Pastor at Trinity Church. Leading the Trinity Life Team, I invested in spiritual formation, leadership development, growth of teams, individuals and families. It was during this time I became an ICF-Certified Coach. I am passionate about helping people discover their unique design, clarify their purpose, and become who God created them to be through intentional personal development, leadership coaching, mentor coaching and transformational conversations.
Earlier in my career, I contributed to large-scale impact through the Department of the Army, helping implement a Global Partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America — expanding support, mentorship, and resources for military youth worldwide.
As a Missionary in Heidelberg, Germany, I pioneered a hospitality house for single soldiers, creating a welcoming, life-giving environment for service members far from home, a formative experience that deepened my heart for care, leadership, and cross-cultural ministry.
My background also includes leadership in publishing as Production Manager at Insight Publishing Group / Thomas Nelson Publishers, where I managed complex production workflows for faith-based book projects; blending creativity, logistics, and excellence.
In the pro-life and family advocacy space, I served as Assistant Director at Crisis Pregnancy Outreach, facilitating adoptions and supporting both birth parents and adoptive families through emotionally significant and life-changing transitions.
Additionally, as Healthy Education Director at Veritas Medical, I led community health initiatives including the development of a Community Garden, integrating wellness education, sustainable practices, and community engagement.
Across every role, my consistent passion has been to serve people well, build healthy systems, strengthen leaders, and multiply impact — helping individuals and organizations thrive with purpose, clarity, and faith.

As a speaker, coach, and teacher who loves helping people connect the dots in their lives, I guide audiences to discover their unique design, live in freedom, and embrace the undeniable value of life and purpose. Let’s bring a session to your team, podcast or event and spark some transformation together!

As an ICF certified coach, I have undergone comprehensive training, including 60 hours in the Biblical Coaching Model and IFS Informed Inner Circle Training. Since 2005, I have embraced life-coaching as a lifestyle, focusing on personal development. I also maintain an ongoing relationship with a life coach to further enhance my skills.

I grew up in a military family, shaped by my father’s 26-year career in the United States Air Force, learning resilience, discipline, and a heart for service. My sister and I now care for our parents, working together as a family team and experiencing the joy and blessing of living multi-generationally. This season has deepened my gratitude, strengthened our bonds, and allowed me to carry forward a legacy of love, devotion, and family faithfulness.

I am a single mom and the proud grandmother of twin boys. This role is the most meaningful and formative work of my life. My family has been my greatest classroom, shaping my character, deepening my faith, and continually refining how I love, lead, and serve.
Our story is beautifully shaped through adoption, a gift that fills me with gratitude, humility, and a deep sense of stewardship. Being entrusted with these lives is an honor I carry with reverence, and it continues to inspire my commitment to build a legacy of faith, love, and purpose.

My calling to ministry was shaped through training at Rhema Bible College, where I studied Supportive Ministries and graduated in 1996. This foundation launched more than 30 years of service in church leadership, missions, nonprofit ministry, and coaching. My heart is to strengthen leaders, support Kingdom work, and help people step fully into who God created them to be.
